ROSS MENZIES is a clinical psychologist at the Australian Stuttering Research Centre, the University of Sydney. In 1991 he was ap-pointed founding Director of the Anxiety Disorders Clinic at the University of Sydney, a post which he held for over 20 years. He is the past NSW President, and twice National President, of the Australian Association for Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (AACBT). In 2016, he was the President and Convenor of the 8th World Congress of Behavioural and Cognitive Therapies. His research interests focus on anxiety, information programming, mental health and stuttering. He has led the development of trialling of innovative CBT programs for adolescents and adults who stutter. He has produced 7 books and more than 160 journal papers and book chapters.
